Last pinting in 2019

I just finished my last painting.

When I was doing my routine " walking", I came up to this beautiful glow.

Another flower painting

Trying to paint something more details and softness.
Flower pedals are great example but so difficult make it happe.

I tried anyway.

Water-weed

I was trying to paint what over my head when I look up the sky during my daily walk in the trail.

This is not the first time to paint the scene. But never succeeded.
Here again, I couldn't make it.

So I painted my favorite blue over it. Then I saw it looks like the bottom of the water in the pond. I quickly changed my mind.

Stream from Shannon Fall

It was a beautiful day when I went to take photos at Shannon Fall last year.

I took many of them and here is a beautiful stream I really wanted to paint.

2nd chance

I've painted this scene more than 5 years before.
It was too beautiful to forget and keep coming up to my mind especially in Summer.

So I decide to paint it again.

Beautiful Squamish again

I was ready to paint this scene a couple years ago.
But I never made it.

The weather getting summer like, I just thought of this scene and finished.

Downtown series

As soon as I've finished painting " Home town", I was thinking to paint another on of downtown Squamish.

But I wanted to paint different time frame. So I went to see the downtown in the morning.

Beautiful sunset at Howe sound

I happened to see this beautiful sunset on the way home from Vancouver last November.

Stopped in the middle of Sea to Sky  Highway and took tons of photos.

Simple snow and tree

Just tried not only white snow on the trees.

The moment I love

During my everyday walk, I enjoy this beautiful scene so much in September.

I was avoiding to paint any building or something "man-made" because I'm not good at painting them and I like nature much better.

But I found the perfect scene for my painting last September.

The first painting in 2019 has just finished.

When I found this place, I was so excited.

I had to go down the dike and walked around to reach the good spot to take pictures. But it was worth it.
